Bicycle Rental Services in Singapore
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Renter") and our bicycle rental service (the "Service Provider"). By renting a bicycle from our service, you expressly agree to comply with all terms outlined herein. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must refrain from using our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those modifications.
As a renter of our bicycles, you assume significant responsibilities to ensure safe and proper use of our equipment. Your obligations include, but are not limited to:

Our bicycle rental service operates within certain limitations designed to protect both our equipment and our users. We explicitly reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who fails to meet our rental requirements or who has previously violated our terms. Bicycles may not be used for commercial purposes, racing, stunts, or any activities that exceed normal recreational cycling. The Service Provider does not guarantee the availability of specific bicycle models or types at any given time. Rental periods are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance when possible. We reserve the right to recall any rented bicycle if we determine it poses a safety risk or if the rental agreement has been violated. Weather conditions, maintenance requirements, or unforeseen circumstances may necessitate service interruptions without prior notice.
Users are expressly prohibited from engaging in the following activities: operating the bicycle while under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances; carrying passengers unless the bicycle is specifically designed for multiple riders; exceeding the weight capacity specifications of the bicycle; modifying or tampering with any bicycle components; using the bicycle in off-road terrain unless specifically designated for such use; or operating the bicycle in a reckless or dangerous manner that endangers yourself or others.
All content, materials, branding, logos, designs, photographs, text, graphics, and other intellectual property displayed on our website or associated with our bicycle rental service remain the exclusive property of the Service Provider or our licensed partners. This includes but is not limited to our company name, logo design, website interface, promotional materials, and proprietary rental management systems. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for personal rental purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any of our intellectual property without obtaining explicit written permission. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in immediate termination of services and potential legal proceedings to protect our rights. Trademarks, service marks, and trade names displayed are registered or unregistered marks of the Service Provider, and nothing contained in these terms should be construed as granting any license or right to use any such marks without prior written consent.
By renting a bicycle from our service, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with cycling activities. The Service Provider provides bicycles on an "as-is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the condition, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the rented equipment. While we conduct regular maintenance and safety inspections, we cannot guarantee that mechanical failures will not occur during your rental period.
You expressly assume all risks associated with bicycle operation, including but not limited to: personal injury, property damage, accidents with other vehicles or pedestrians, mechanical failures, adverse weather conditions, and theft or loss of personal belongings. The Service Provider shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our bicycles, including injuries, accidents, or property damage that may occur during the rental period.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Service Provider, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the rented bicycle, your violation of these terms, your violation of any law or regulation, or your violation of any rights of third parties. This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of your rental agreement.
You are financially responsible for any damage to, loss of, or theft of the rented bicycle occurring during your rental period. This responsibility extends to all bicycle components, accessories, and locks provided with the rental. You will be charged the full replacement cost for stolen or irreparably damaged bicycles, as well as repair costs for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. We strongly recommend obtaining appropriate insurance coverage for your rental period.
Rental fees must be paid in full prior to bicycle release unless alternative arrangements have been explicitly authorized. We accept various payment methods as indicated during the booking process. All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars and are subject to applicable taxes. Late returns will incur additional hourly charges as specified in our rate schedule. Cancellations made at least twenty-four hours before the scheduled rental time may receive a full refund minus any processing fees. Cancellations made with less than twenty-four hours notice or no-shows will forfeit the entire rental fee. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify pricing at any time, though changes will not affect existing confirmed reservations.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations between the parties. If informal resolution proves unsuccessful, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Singapore under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding upon both parties.
For any matters not subject to arbitration, you agree that the courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts. You waive any objection to venue in Singapore courts and any claim that such courts constitute an inconvenient forum.
We collect and process personal information in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act and our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information as necessary to facilitate bicycle rentals, process payments, communicate with you, and improve our services. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security. We will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
These Terms and Conditions, together with any rental agreements, policies, and guidelines referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Service Provider regarding your use of our bicycle rental services. These terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral, between you and the Service Provider. Any amendments to these terms must be made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the Service Provider to be considered valid and binding.
